All equipment is currently stored in an external shed. Protective equipment is available. Training equipment is regularly inspected for wear and damage. The use of a portable screen net is routinely used to segregate Colts training areas.

Safety guidance on the wearing of cricket helmets by young players
All young players must wear a helmet and abdominal protector (boys) when batting and wicket keeping during matches and practice sessions. In addition, any players in the Under 16 and 18 groups below the age of 18, must wear a helmet and abdominal protector when fielding within 6 yds (5.5m) of the bat, except behind the wicket on the off side.
