The Club is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)

In completing the membership application form you have ‘opted in’ and will continue to receive e-mails/letters etc. The information on the application form is held by the Secretary, Membership Secretary, Club Captains, Welfare Officer and Junior Match Managers only. E-mail and postal addresses are used solely for providing information about the Club and future events. These details are not passed on to any third parties without your specific permission.

Other people, such as Vice Presidents, Friends of the Club etc. whose details appear on the club database have been given the opportunity to ‘op in’ or ‘opt out’. Those who have NOT ‘opted in’ will be deleted from the database.

All e-mails will be sent via BCC (blind carbon copy)

Newdigate Cricket Club operates newdigatecricketclub.co.uk (the “Site”).  This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the site.
